A Love Letter to Springtime in NYC
Dreaming, reminiscing, and appreciating springtime in the city
Our minds are currently fixated on sweet memories of springtime in NYC. We’re dreaming of colorful tulips in cafe window sills, of two strangers sitting side by side on a bench in Bryant park, of toes wiggling through blades of grass in Central Park, of basketballs bouncing and bike bells’s dinging, of pink cherry blossoms blooming over grey concrete slabs, of the local bodega’s overflowing floral displays, of eating greasy pepperoni pizza with our fingers, of being perched on rooftops, watching the sunset ignite the skyline, of lavender dresses and bright white sneakers. We’re dreaming of embracing our friends on the sidewalks and sharing cheek-kisses with loved ones on the crosswalks. We are dreaming of the moment when we can all enjoy the precious mélange of springtime scenes in NYC. In the meantime, here are some snapshots of the city we know and love.
