We miss your piping hot margarita pies, straight out of wood-fired ovens, and into our salivating mouths. We miss your history - richer than a chocolate soufflé. We miss your marble cathedral exteriors with hand-painted stained-glass windows, stone monuments, and cobblestone streets. We miss lazing on blue-striped lounge chairs, nestled under citrus trees while sipping limoncello. We miss your wine, made in some of the oldest wine regions in the world. We’re raising a glass to you, Italy, and we can’t wait to safely return one day.
