Thirteen ocean-view suites open onto private terraces with fire pits and plunge pools where the desert meets the ocean. There is a beautiful pool, an all-inclusive restaurant highlighting local ingredients, and a spa focused on water therapies. Soon, guests will be able to try out their sea legs aboard the newly refurbished Miss Texas, the boat on which a 1,560-pound black marlin was caught back in 1953—a world record that remains unbroken.
